La superstar du golf Tiger Woods a annoncé vendredi son retour à la compétition sur le circuit nord-américain PGA, la semaine prochaine au Genesis Invitational à Los Angeles, sept mois après sa dernière apparition sur les greens au British Open l'an passé.

"Je suis prêt à jouer un VRAI tournoi du PGA Tour la semaine prochaine, au Genesis Invitational", a tweeté l'Américain, vainqueur de 15 épreuves du Grand Chelem, qui n'avait participé qu'à trois tournois professionnels en 2022, tous majeurs, après s'être remis de son grave accident de voiture en février 2021, au cours duquel il avait subi de multiples fractures à la jambe droite.
