"Ni un crime, ni un délit": Trump rejette l'enquête judiciaire

Donald Trump a balayé samedi d'un revers de main son éventuelle inculpation, profitant de son premier meeting de campagne présidentielle pour l'élection de 2024 pour s'en prendre à ses adversaires politiques.

"Le procureur de New York, sous les auspices et la direction du +ministère de l'injustice+ à Washington DC, enquêtait sur moi pour quelque chose qui n'est ni un crime, ni un délit", a-t-il déclaré à ses partisans à Waco, au Texas. La justice cherche à déterminer si M. Trump s'est rendu coupable de fausses déclarations, une infraction, ou de manquement aux lois sur le financement électoral, un délit pénal, en ayant versé de l'argent à une actrice de films pornographiques.
